- How many people can this property sleep? Maximum Overnight Guests is 4
- What is the minimum age to rent this property? 27
- Can I have a party or event at this property? No proms, no graduations, no parties, no groups. This is not that type of rental and our neighbors WILL call us if things get very loud or there is a large party or group.
- What's included in the property? In addition to the amenities listed on the Property Features page, we also include a game closet, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other miscellaneous items to make your stay more comfortable and more fun!
- Can I rent this property to someone else? No illegal activities allowed on the premises (THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR!). 3rd party bookings are not allowed. The names of all guests staying are required at time of booking.
- Can I bring my dog/cat/hamster/pony/monkey? There are NO ANIMALS allowed on the premises.
- Can I smoke or vape? There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the residence (including vaping). Damages and/or extensive cleaning are subject to fees.
- I like to play my music LOUD. What about noise? According to our condominium bylaws, guests, renters and owners must observe the quiet time ordinance of the property. No noise after 10PM. We ask that you be respectful to our friendly neighbors in every way.
- What happens if I damage something? Damage: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
